Seizure Log — a one-page report for your neurologist
This app cannot detect or predict seizures, and it will never alert anyone. It is a record you keep yourself. Never rely on it for safety.

How it works

1. Log it in one tap. The time is already set to "just now" and a type is already chosen, so you can simply press Save. Nothing else is required.
2. Add details when you're able. Open the record later from All records and fill in length, triggers, recovery time — whatever you remember.
3. Record medication changes. On the report screen, add each dose change with its date.
4. Create the PDF. One page: days since your last seizure, how the frequency changed, every seizure listed, and medication changes marked on the same timeline.

Common questions

Why does the home screen show a big number of days?

Because it is the first thing your doctor asks, and in many places it is what determines whether you can drive. Most apps only count seizures; this one also counts the days without them.

Why is logging so bare when I press the button?

On purpose. Right after a seizure you may be confused, exhausted, or shaking. Every required field is an obstacle. So the app assumes the time is now, picks a sensible type, and lets you press Save and walk away. Everything else can be filled in later.

My seizure type isn't in the list.

Choose Other and type your own name for it. For triggers, tap Add one — anything you add is remembered and offered next time.

What does the shaded bar in the chart mean?

That month had a medication change. It is drawn on the same chart as the seizure counts so your doctor can see at a glance whether things changed after the dose change — rather than comparing two separate lists.

Do I have to pay?

Logging, statistics and the on-screen report are free and always will be. Creating the PDF is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. Pay once, yours forever.

I already paid but the app says otherwise.

Open Settings (gear icon, top right) and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.

Where are my records stored? Can you see them?

Only on your phone, and no, we cannot see them. There is no account and no server that receives your health information. See the privacy policy.

Because your records live only on your phone, they are not backed up by us. If you delete the app, reset your phone or switch to a new one, they do not come with you. If you want to keep a copy, export the PDF and save it somewhere safe.

Can I use the app in Chinese?

Yes. The app follows your iPhone's language setting and supports English and Simplified Chinese, including the exported PDF.

How do I erase everything?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Delete my records, or simply delete the app.
