Visit Ready helps you organise your symptoms into a one-page summary you can bring to a medical appointment. Because those symptoms are sensitive health information, the app was built so that they never leave your phone.
Everything you enter is written to your device's local storage and nowhere else:

The PDF summary is generated on your device. We never receive a copy of it.
Exporting opens the standard iOS share sheet. What happens next is entirely your choice — printing it, saving it to Files, emailing it, or sending it to your doctor. Once you hand the file to another app or service, that app's own privacy policy applies. We are not involved in that step and receive nothing from it.
The subscription that unlocks PDF export is processed by Apple. We never see your name, email address, or payment details.
To know whether your subscription is currently active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (which product was bought and whether it is still valid) together with a random identifier generated for your installation. Per RevenueCat's published privacy manifest, this is used only to make the app work, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for tracking. No symptom or health information is ever sent to RevenueCat or to us.
The app does not use the Advertising Identifier, does not track you across other apps or websites, and contains no analytics SDK. We have no way to know which symptoms you selected or whether you opened the app at all.
Visit Ready is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Because everything is local, you are always in control:
There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never received it. Note that this also means your records are not backed up by us: if you delete the app or lose your phone, the records are gone.
Visit Ready only reorganises what you type in. It does not diagnose, does not score or assess you, does not suggest tests, and does not recommend treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
