A specific loss of function — couldn't drive, couldn't work, cancelled something — is concrete, and it is what most guidance from people who have navigated years of appointments recommends leading with.
A worry on its own is hard for a doctor to act on. A worry with a reason attached gives them something to connect: not "I'm afraid I'll fall", but "I'm concerned I'll have a bad fall because my leg has been giving out on the stairs". The app asks for both halves on purpose.
No, and that is deliberate. This app records your history and what it costs you day to day. It does not suggest treatments, does not tell you what to ask for, and will never draft that kind of request. Those conversations belong with your clinician.
